Jennifer A. Garrett is an internationally recognized leadership coach, speaker, author, Army lawyer, and former Fortune 100 corporate executive who has a passion for helping and inspiring others, pushing boundaries, and driving individuals and organizations out of their comfort zones to achieve higher levels of success. Jen has become known as a high-performance strategist, branding architect, and virtual training expert by teaching individuals how to cross the goal line by using principles from American football and her Move the Ball frameworks. With her football and business expertise, Jen’s organization, Feel the Push, also works with athletes as they transition “off the field” to be all-star players in life beyond the game.
Jennifer stands out from the crowd because she possesses a rare-level of drive and determinism. She plays the game of life as if she were on the football field, always focused on getting into the end zone and winning. She settles for nothing less.

Jennifer’s story is inspiring to those who meet her. As a teenage single parent, Jen learned to play the game of life hard and used football lessons to overcome adversity and complete seven college degrees: Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Electrical Engineering, B.S. in Biomedical Engineering, Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.), Master of Arts (M.A.) in Communication and Leadership Studies, Juris Doctor (J.D.), Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Business Transactions, and LL.M. in Taxation. She completed all of her graduate degrees while working full-time and raising her five children.
In the business world, Jennifer is recognized as an outstanding leader. She has worked in many challenging positions, where she demonstrated that she could lead teams, inspire others, and deliver results. She sets high expectations for herself first, never making excuses and always holding herself accountable.

Jen draws upon her experience from her twenty-year career in large companies (Boeing, GE, US Government), where she had a proven track record of delivering results, boosting organizational efficiency, driving cultural transformation, closing large-scale negotiations, and exceeding targets. She also received the GE Women’s Network Hall of Fame “Real Life Hero” Award. Jen’s diverse educational background, coupled with her extensive corporate executive leadership and military experience as an Army Judge Advocate officer, gives Jen a diverse skillset that is well-suited to connect with audiences around the world and help individuals and organizations to “MOVE THE BALL” and achieve desired outcomes.
Jennifer currently serves on the Board of Counselors for the University of Southern California (USC) Marshall’s Master of Business for Veterans (MBV) program and is on the Board for the Women’s National Football Conference (WNFC). Additionally, Jen is involved with a number of non-profit organizations dedicated to helping current and former military service members and professional athletes such as Merging Vets and Players and also Operation Teammate.
