Thought For Today: Courage involves taking those first steps forward even when you don't have all the answers and the path ahead is uncertain.


The path ahead may seem especially uncertain during this time. COVID-19 has put a hold on the world. We don't know what is next. What we can do is take this time to think of what is really important and focus on what is next


once this pandemic comes to an end.


We all have dreams and aspirations. But not all of us are willing to pursue those big goals. Why is that? It's because of fear... fear of the unknown, fear of judgment, fear of rejection, fear of failure.


Instead of focusing on the "fears" we need to focus on increasing our confidence and having the courage to take action towards your dreams. When you push those fears aside, you won't regret doing so. The only limits on your life are those that you set for yourself. If you want to do something, then you need to go to it. It's that simple.


The happiest people and the bravest people are the ones who wanted something and were willing to do something they never have done in order to get it. That doesn't mean they don't get afraid. That doesn't mean they don't have doubt. That doesn't mean that you know what won't hit the fan.


What it means is their courage is bigger than their fears. They are willing to walk through the darkness to get to the light. You are not alone on your journey and you deserve to see everything you want in life come to fruition. You owe it to yourself.

Step 4: Surround yourself with people who are going to empower and uplift you


Step 5: Be the playmaker by approaching each day with intention and taking consistent action


Self-confidence is a super power. Once you start to believe in yourself the magic starts to happen.


We are our own worst critic. Break yourself from the habit of doing that. Each time that we face our fears, we gain strength, courage and confidence in doing. If you hear a voice within you saying "you cannot do this", then by all means DO THIS. Silence that negative, inner voice. People are like stain-glass windows. When the sun is out they will sparkle and shine. But when the darkness sets in, their true beauty will only be showcased if there is light shining from within. If you are one who has struggled with self-confidence, remember that no one is you and that IS your power. Loving yourself, believing in yourself, and having self confidence will enable your superpower and unlock the magic, making "miracles” happen. When you do all five of these steps consistently, your life will start to change and you will not be stopped.
